We will assist with all of the insurance claim forms and necessary
paperwork, where applicable, so that you won't pay a penny for
your supplies.
When will my order ship? Orders are
generally shipped within 2 business days. Most orders received
by 12:00 Noon EST will be shipped the same day, orders received
after 12:00 Noon EST will be shipped the following day. Orders
received on Friday after 12:00 Noon EST will be shipped the following
Monday. Out of stock products may take 3-5 days to ship out. Customized/non-stocked
products may take 1-3 weeks to ship out. For safety reasons, the
U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment
of certain items. Orders that contain aerosol or DOT-restricted
item must be sent by ground service. We do not ship on holidays
or weekends.
Free Shipping policy? We generally offer Free Shipping
on orders sub-totaling $100.00 or more. If the shipping is entirely,
absolutely free, we will specify (Free Shipping) next to the item(s).
Otherwise, please assume there will be a shipping charge. The
Free Shipping offer cannot be combined with other offers or coupon.
The Free Shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside the United States. There will
be additional shipping charges. We will contact you via email
or phone for your approval. Our Free Shipping offer is ground
service and may take 3-7 business days for delivery. EuliCare
Medical reserves the right to change or cancel the Free Shipping
offer at any time.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
What is the shipping Rate? We generally
offer free shipping for orders sub-totaling $100.00 or more. The
Free Shipping offer does not apply to item(s) weighing more than
20lbs. If an order of more than $100.00 contains a size or weight
restricted item (marked OS, OS+, heavy) or the order exceeds shipping
restrictions, the customer pays the base shipping rate. If an
order of more than $100.00 contains a factory direct item, the
customer pays the factory direct shipping charge and any other
size or weight restricted item charges; the base shipping rate
is free. If an order for several different items sub-totaling
$100.00 is placed, the Free Shipping offer may not apply. The
Free Shipping offer may apply to only those items that we have
in stock, and other items that may have to ship directly from
the factory will incur a shipping charge, even if your sub-total
is $100.00.
For exact shipping fee, please email or call us for a quote. We
will need the ship-to location and size of the package to determine
the shipping cost. Over-night shipping is available for an additional
charge.
I have Medicare, how do I get
my wheelchair/scooter, etc.,? If you have Medicare
or insurance/Worker's Comp (No HMO), simply email us your (1)
Full Name (2) Birth Date (3) Phone numbers (4) Delivery Address
(5) Medicare/ Insurance policy/member/contract number. Group and
plan numbers, if you have BC/BS. (6) Your Doctor(s) contact information.
Privacy policy: We
guarantee you a safe online shopping. Your personal and credit
card information are safe when you shop with us. Your personal
data is transfered by Paypal, the leader in online payments. Your
email address, phone number, etc., will not be given or sold to
another company and we will not spam you.
Price/Product: It
is our goal to sell products at the lowest price possible, and
supply you with the products listed in our catalog in accordance
with availability of products from the manufacturers. In most
cases, we will beat/match our competitors' price on the exact
same product(s) after verification. EuliCare reserves the right
to make price adjustments in response to manufacturer's price
adjustments. EuliCare reserves the right to replace an advertised
manufacturer with another, of the same quality, warranty, price
and similar product description, if the product is out of stock,

I'm looking for: In that case, please email or call
us and we will be glad to assist you further. We may have the
product in stock, but not listed in our online catalog.
Warranty:
All equipment supplied by EuliCare Medical are covered only by
the manufacturer's warranty for a maximum of one year, where applicable.
EuliCare undertakes to service, repair or replace any defective
equipment provided the manufacturer's warranty is not voided as
a result of misuse, abuse or neglect.
Return Policy:
To make a return, simply email us for a Return Authorization number.
Item(s) returned without an RA # will not be credited. Returned
items must be received within 15 days after RA # was issued. All
returns must meet the following criteria:
1. Returned item(s) must have been purchased within 30 days.
2. Must be returned in original container or package, un-used,
in clean and saleable condition
3. EuliCare Medical is not responsible for return shipping
EuliCare Medical reserves the right to refuse or deny any refund
or exchange if we conclude that the product(s) is in other then
like-new condition.
For health concerns, some bath safety products and personal items
are not returnable.
No Returns:
Shower chairs, Nebulizers, Wound care, Nutritional products, Incontinence,
Ultra lightweight wheelchairs, Intimate products, Orthopedic sleeves,
and things of the sort,) are not returnable. Some of the bigger
items, such as lift chairs, Ramps, beds, custom item(s), custom
wheelchairs, Geri-chairs and recliners, may not be returnable
pending the manufacturer's discretion and approval. We do our
best to provide products that avoid this last possible situation,
but cannot guarantee it. Special order items: Products that we
normally don't stock (items not listed in our catalog) are not
returnable.
Roll-A-Bout: Return must be made within 5 days of receipt.
Merry Walker Products: Must be returned assembled or $100 fee
will be charged.
Restocking Fees:
A 10% restocking fee applies to the following category of products:
Power Wheelchairs, Electric Scooters, Wheelchair cushions and
Karman products.
Refunds: Credit(s)
will be issued after receipt of product(s) and warehouse inspection
approval. Refund will be issued in the same form that payment
was made.
Cancellations: If
you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider
it a return and the above policies apply. We reserve the right
to charge full shipping costs if the item is refused delivery.
Payment Terms: Our
acceptable methods of payment are: Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield,
Auto Insurance, Workers' Compensation, Money order, Cashier's
check, Credit cards.
Special Orders: 100% down payment is required on any
items that are not listed in our catalog, or normally warehoused.
